They work with a range of clients from start-ups to well-established businesses. They are looking to develop their Tax team through recruiting a Senior Tax Manager.Responsibilities

Manage complex personal tax returns, P11Ds, and handle HMRC enquiries while advising clients on a broad range of tax mattersLead client relationships by providing strategic advice, attending meetings, and supporting tax planning and advisory projects such as succession planning and restructuringSupervise, mentor and review the work of junior team members to support their development and ensure high standardsContribute to internal leadership through participation in monthly management meetings and driving process improvementsSupport the delivery of high-quality tax services by applying technical knowledge across compliance and advisory workRequirements

CTA qualified or equivalentExperience in a practice managing a private client portfolioUnderstanding of CT and IHT and personal taxExperience advising OMBs and high-net-worth individualsExperience leading and developing a teamBenefits
