Referment is working with a fast-growing, highly respected financial services firm that’s looking to bring in a Junior Sales Operations Analyst to help maximise the performance of their Sales and Marketing functions.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–3 years’ experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops or a similar role, who’s ready to take real ownership and drive positive change across the business.What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify missed opportunities and optimise processesCleaning up and maintaining Salesforce, ensuring data quality and consistencyHelping to build insightful reports using tools like Power BIProactively spotting inefficiencies and recommending improvementsWhat They’re Looking For
