We''re working with a leading UK wealth management firm undergoing major transformation, and they''re looking for a high-impact

Senior Change Project Manager

to help drive it forward.With aggressive transformation goals and critical deliverables already in motion, this is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal time. You''ll play a lead role in delivering a new national advice model, spearheading a data excellence programme, and managing two large-scale integrations - all while overseeing a cross-functional team of BAs, PMs, and testers.

What They''re Looking For:Project/change management experience, ideally within

wealth management or financial servicesDeep understanding of the

financial planning/advice ecosystemProven experience managing

large-scale change programmes , with strong governance and risk oversightComfortable preparing

board-level reports and executive papersConfident leading delivery teams and managing stakeholders across the businessExperience in

business readiness

and rolling out processes across multi-regional teamsTeam and Scope:Lead a team of -10 (BAs, testers, PMs)Own end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation projectsWork closely with senior leadership and influence board-level decision-makingPackage and Flexibility:£85k-£90k
