About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured Science lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping students to develop their understanding and enthusiasm for the subject. You will play a key role in supporting pupil progress and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative and effective Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Differentiate teaching to support a range of abilities, including SEND and EAL learners
• Track and assess student progress, adapting teaching where necessary
• Establish clear expectations for behaviour and foster a respectful classroom culture
• Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Science department

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Science in a UK secondary school
• Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
• A commitment to inclusive teaching practices
• A professional approach with a genuine enthusiasm for education
