Revenue Operations Manager - EMEA Business Desk. Join our dynamic team as a manager overseeing Deal Desk and Order to Cash Operations across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. Partner with the Sales team to shape and manage deal structures, agreements, and execution to ensure efficient, timely closure of high-quality business. Lead and support a team of Revenue Operations Analysts, collaborating with Sales Leadership to provide strategic insights and promote best practices regionally and globally.What you will do

Primary interface between EMEA Sales Teams and Internal Legal TeamMaintain prioritization and progress tracking of all contracts to be negotiatedSchedule and join customer calls to ensure progress in legal discussions/negotiationsCompliance validation and resolutionSelf-manage workload to ensure timely deal cyclesOwn deal opportunities internally, working closely with sales team, legal and cross-functional teams on the commercial deal structure, agreement generation and approval cyclesCommunicate monthly and quarterly deal quality and operational metric trends to relevant Trust Solutions Group stakeholdersAdvise Sales leadership to help manage overall business execution, contributing to business reviews and forecast meetingsCoach and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Analysts in the EMEA regionAd hoc reporting and projects focused on supporting sales resultsWhat you will have

Minimum of 5+ years'' sales operations experienceStrong leadership skills with experience managing teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively to senior managementAbility to drive adoption and productivity improvements for sales and legal teamsStrong organizational skills to create efficient processesUnderstanding of B2B sales processesStrong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, CPQ, Anaplan, TableauExcellent written and verbal communications skillsExperience with presentations, in-person and onlineBased in or near London, with hybrid work capabilityAbility to meet reporting deadlines with a sense of urgencyProficiency with project management initiativesBenefits
