This role is ideal for a candidate with comprehensive experience in leadership and management within a legal setting, aiming to drive success and maintain high standards of compliance and efficiency.Day-to-day of the role:Manage the daily operations of the department, including monitoring and distribution of matters.Supervise the fee-earning work undertaken by junior members of the team.Manage support services for the team, ensuring all members have the resources they need to perform effectively.Ensure that fee earners meet their individual targets and maintain orderly and up-to-date files, including electronic files.Adhere to the company''s policies on file management and complete time recording and other management records as required.Facilitate cross-referral of work and clients within the company.Ensure compliance with the company''s policies, including Lexcel compliance.Manage the financial aspects of the department, including cash flow through efficient billing and payment procedures.Identify and develop fee-earning opportunities and lead the department''s marketing and business development efforts.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 4 years PQE.Proven ..... full job details .....
