Private Client LawyerAnnual Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)Location: Midsomer Norton or KeynshamJob Type: Full-timeOur client is seeking two Private Client Lawyers to join our dynamic teams in either Midsomer Norton or Keynsham branches. This role is ideal for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years'' post-qualification experience in Private Client work, including advising on Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Estate administration. Experience with Trusts would be advantageous but is not essential.Day-to-day of the role:Provide comprehensive legal advice in all areas of Private Client work, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate administration, and potentially Trusts.Manage and develop your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy, while also contributing to the growth of the department.Engage in marketing and business development activities to attract new clients and build relationships with existing ones.Ensure all client work is completed with accuracy and to the highest standard, providing exceptional client service throughout.Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve departmental efficiency.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years'' post-qualification experience in Private Client law.Strong knowledge of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate administration, and ideally Trusts.Excellent client service skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters discreetly and ..... full job details .....
