You will cultivate strong working relationships with customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams daily.Key Responsibilities Manage service requests from initiation to completionSchedule and despatch technicians across multiple sitesProvide customers with timely updates on job progress and expected timelinesOrder parts and coordinate site deliveriesTrack jobs, documentation, and billing information accuratelyFollow up on open and completed service ticketsPrepare quotes and proposals for customersLiaise with suppliers regarding warranties and repairsMaintain technician schedules and manage van stock Candidate Profile Confident communicator with a strong customer-focused approachHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailAble to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environmentExperience in coordination, service, or customer support is advantageous but not essential full training will be provided What We Offer Permanent position within a supportive and growing organisationHybrid ..... full job details .....
