Are you passionate about helping people grow and thrive in their careers? We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Development Manager to join our People and Culture team and lead the delivery of our core learning and development offering across a diverse, fast-paced organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing and delivering engaging development programmes that support employees at all levels, with a strong focus on management capability.

Facilitating impactful learning sessions and coaching initiatives that drive performance and engagement.

Partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs and align development with business priorities.

Leading talent development projects, including succession planning and high-potential initiatives.

Managing our learning platform to ensure accessible, high-quality content is available anytime, anywhere.

Supporting the development budget to ensure maximum impact and return on investment.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing a company-wide LandD portfolio, ideally with a focus on leadership and management development.

Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

A collaborative mindset and experience working with senior stakeholders.

Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

A passion for creating simple, effective learning experiences that make a real difference.
