OverviewWe are hiring a Manager of Enterprise Sales Development to join us in our London office. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing and scaling BDR teams, driving revenue growth, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve company goals. You will drive high performance through coaching, metrics tracking, and strategic guidance. This role is responsible for developing SDRs into top talent for future sales roles, defining go-to-market strategies, and optimizing team productivity through close collaboration with Sales Operations. This is an in-office role (4 days per week) with offices in Central London.

What You’ll Do

Set and define the Enterprise Sales Development go-to-market strategy for EMEA

Hire, develop and inspire Business Development Representatives into candidates for further development within the sales organization

Proactively manage underperformance and identify potential flight risks through regular performance reviews and one-on-ones, ensuring team stability and consistent headcount across the Business Development function

Create reporting on defined daily, weekly and monthly metrics to sales and marketing leadership and present these to senior leadership

Motivate individuals on the SDR team to exceed objectives through coaching, recognition of top performance, and inspirational leadership

Collaborate with Sales Operations to identify and implement improvements in SDR efficiency, tools and productivity

Work with Marketing to launch, manage and execute campaigns that drive pipeline

Work with Sales Enablement to develop and deliver high-quality training programs that support SDR growth and increased performance

Develop processes where none previously exist and maintain a strong focus on outcomes and impact

Develop your team’s skills for prospecting, qualifying, and opportunity creation

Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development

Closely monitor metrics with the aim to increase productivity

What You Need To Be Successful

5+ years of B2B technology Sales, Sales Development or Inside Sales experience

2+ years prospecting as an individual contributor

2+ years of experience leading and scaling teams with a proven track record meeting and exceeding targets in a competitive environment, and promoting SDRs

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence others by example

Excellent working knowledge of prospecting tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English; German, French and/or Dutch is a plus

Proficient with sales technology tools including CRM (Salesforce preferred), sales engagement platforms, Google Applications, and Microsoft Office

Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization including sales, marketing, product, and engineering

B2B SaaS, Digital marketing and eCommerce experience (CMS, SEO, PPC, Display, Social Media) is a plus

Demonstrates entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical skills

Start-up experience preferred
