Salary up to £80k.This UK law firm, well known for their disputes and private client work, has grown over the last few years and now requires a dedicated Pitch function to support their BD team. The firm has a bid success rate of around 50% but aims to optimise their win rate for larger RFPs. They are seeking a Pitch Manager to establish their central best practice, coach Partners, and lead on major pitches. The role offers significant long-term growth potential, possibly including additional support.The ideal candidate would be a credible Bid Manager with experience across the full pitch lifecycle, stakeholder coaching for presentations, and developing central bid libraries. Legal experience is preferred but not essential; candidates from wider professional services or large built environment firms are also encouraged to apply.
