What you’ll do

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing bid team (2 Bid Writers and 1 Bid Executive)

Deliver high-quality, compliant, and timely bid submissions

Design and implement winning bid strategies

Manage the bid pipeline and collaborate with Business Development and Operations

Build strong internal and external relationships to support success

Drive process improvements and ensure consistency and compliance

Track win/loss rates, analyse feedback, and improve performance

Proven experience

managing the full bid lifecycle in the

construction

or

social housing

sector

Strong

people management

skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop a team

Extensive knowledge of

UK procurement regulations and processes

Experience creating, developing and managing

robust bid processes

with strong governance

Excellent

writing, communication and stakeholder management

skills

High levels of organisation, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

A proactive approach, with a knack for spotting opportunities and improving processes

Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours when needed for deadlines or client engagements

A

full, clean UK driving licence

Desirable, but not essential

Degree-level education or equivalent
