In this role, you''ll coordinate with team members on research, analysis of the Consumer Retail sector/companies, company valuations, financial modeling, marketing materials, and transaction documentation. Mergers and Acquisitions will be a central focus, and you''ll play a key role in both origination and execution of these transactions.Key Requirements

This position is based in our Canary Wharf, London office. It is a Certified role under PRA and UK Financial Conduct Authority regulations and may require relevant regulatory qualifications.Purpose of the Role
