HR Advisor
HR Advisor / Manager opportunity available working for a leading organisation based in Warrington. This is a full-time permanent role working 8:30am-4:30pm with a 30 minutes paid break - please note this is fulltime onsite. The HR Advisor works closely with the HR team to achieve the HR strategic goals. You will provide full HR generalist support for assigned business areas, including recruitment, onboarding, employee life cycle processes, guidance on HR policies and procedures, supporting Managers and employees with Employee Relations advice and guidance.The role:Recruitment - Support Managers with the administration of recruitment for your areas or responsibility, including offers and contracts for new startersAttend interviews as required eg. Where there are high volume requirementsOnboarding - adding new starter information to relevant HR systems correctly and updating relevant colleaguesSupport onboarding process for new startersGeneral HR administration support for HR departmentMaintenance of HR systems and filesEmployee leaver processSickness absencePayroll / Compensation - Support payroll by providing relevant and necessary information and documentation eg. New starters, leavers, changesHR Systems - Required skills and knowledge to act as superuser on HR systems including Workday and the Time and Attendance SystemMaintain accurate master data across HR systemsProvide technical support to employees and Managers on Workday, TandA and E-payslipsHR data reporting to ..... full job details .....
