Job overviewAs Maintenance Team Leader you will oversee the day to day engineering/maintenance of your hotel and ensure the safety and comfort of hotel guests and team members

making sure all activities are delivered safely and meet compliance keeping the hotel always looking their best.Duties and responsibilitiesPromote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.Communicate with to chief engineer any major issues to stay informed of maintenance needs and ensure timely responses to requests.Help guests needs to ensure their satisfactionUse a maintenance programme to ensure the hotel is maintained and in service for our guestsHelp with the physical operations of the hotel, including maintenance and repair and order parts and supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimising waste and maintaining green initiativesAd-hoc duties

unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task doneCarry out small electrical worksHigh level of building skill, including, painting, plaster, carpentry, decorating, with electrical bias .Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Ability to lead by example and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.Experience with Opera highly desirable.Shift patterns and weekend work.To schedule and follow preventative planned maintenance to the highest level.Knowledge of plant rooms and air conditioning desirable.Great team player, ability to build strong relationships with all other departments.Professional approach with high grooming standards.This job will suit a motivated individual who would like to progress their career.What we offerWell reward all your hard work with a great salary and benefits
