The role:We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as our office administrator. This is a varied and dynamic position providing key administrative support.

You will be an integral part of the team to ensure the smooth running of day to day office tasks.

Key Responsibilites:• Provide direct administrative support• Maintain and update documents, databases and spreadsheets• Handle internal communication and task co-ordination• Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to manage data• Prepare reports, documents and meeting materials as needed• Manage ad hoc tasks, projects and admin duties with minimal supervision

What We Look For:• Previous experience in a administrative role - preferred but not required• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail• Excellent verbal and written communication• Ability to multitask and work independently• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
