We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a thriving primary school in Tower Hamlets. This school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for children aged 3 to 11, with a strong focus on academic achievement and personal development. Its curriculum combines rigorous learning with creative, real-world experiences, fostering skills in areas such as wellbeing, community, and responsibility.

As a Behaviour Mentor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing targeted support to pupils to improve behaviour, engagement, and social-emotional development

• Working closely with teachers and support staff to implement effective behaviour strategies

• Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering respect, resilience, and responsibility among pupils

• Assisting in creating an inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment

• Monitoring pupil progress, maintaining records, and liaising with parents/carers when required

To be considered for the role of Behaviour Mentor, you will need:

• An Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service

• The right to work in the UK

• Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar pastoral or support role is desirable

• A commitment to promoting positive behaviour and supporting children''s personal development
