We are looking for a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist education setting. This role is ideal for someone with strong behaviour management skills who can build positive relationships and support pupils with additional needs.Requirements
Proven experience as a mentor or behaviour manager in schools or similar settingsPositive Handling / Team Teach training (essential)A confident, calm and proactive approach to managing challenging situationsAbility to build trust and motivate young people to engage in learningFlexibility to work across Romford and Basildon sites – must be a driverThis is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of young people by supporting their learning, development and wellbeing.This is a full-time role in Romford and Basildon borough starting ASAP.Paid trial days to be arranged immediately – please contact Kiesha @ Reeson – 02038410777About Reeson Education
