The Opportunity:

As their first dedicated

Front-End Engineer , you’ll lead the development of high-performance, user-centric interfaces for their AI-driven products. Working directly with the founding team, you’ll help define and implement end-to-end UI/UX strategy and set architectural standards for scalable front-end systems.

What You’ll Do:

Drive front-end development and architecture for new AI products.

Define UI/UX strategy and implement best practices with a bias toward modular, maintainable code.

Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and back-end teams.

Build reusable components and interface libraries (hooks, APIs, sockets).

Contribute to code and architectural reviews and mentor other engineers.

What You’ll Bring:

Expertise with ReactJS and state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.).

Strong understanding of performance under high-load environments (1,000+ socket events/min).

Ability to operate in ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, early-stage settings.

Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail in documentation and design.

Eagerness to learn and dive deep into Web3/Crypto expertise: shipped production contracts, fluent in gas optimisation and wallet/tx flows (Previous experience would be good to have, but not necessary)
