Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accountsLead the month-end close process, including journals, accruals, and prepaymentsPartner with department heads to support budgeting and forecastingDeliver variance analysis and commentary on business performanceSupport with cash flow forecasting and working capital managementAssist with statutory accounts and year-end audit preparationIdentify and implement improvements to systems, processes, and controlsKey Skills and Experience

At least 3 years'' experience working in a finance role with strong exposure to month-end processesProven Management Accounts experience, including variance analysis and stakeholder reportingPart-qualified, finalist, or newly qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)Open to both career climbers looking for a step up, and more experienced Management AccountantsFintech or start-up background is a bonusStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)Proactive, adaptable, and confident working in a high-growth environmentApply today!Seniority level
