To support our continued growth 3pX Group are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our dynamic team in the fast moving recruitment sector. As a key member of our finance department you will play a crucial role in taking effective ownership of day-to-day finance operations while also supporting the CFO across our UK, US and European business.

This role represents a great opportunity to develop and shape the finance function in a forward thinking, internationally expanding business. You ideally will have previous Management Accounts or Finance Manager experience within industry or through audit/ practice as well as enthusiasm, a strong team spirit and desire to learn and develop professionally.

Key Requirements

Manage and oversee the month end financial accounts process, including full production of management accounts across three global entities

Produce the financial statements including balance sheet, PandL and support the cashflow forecast alongside ownership of the AP process

Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and within the business, resolving issues promptly

Review our processes and tech stack (which includes Xero), optimising the use of system solutions to automate where possible

Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relations with colleagues and our suppliers, clients and contractors

Assisting the CFO with monthly forecasting, the annual budget and building KPI dashboards

Managing and supporting the Credit Controller, developing them to support your role

Responsible for payroll for our UK and US employees via our partner providers and manage commission calculations and payments

ACCA/CIMA/ACA part-qualified

Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role (recruitment industry experience ideal but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using financial software, ideally Xero, as well as Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (intermediate level desirable)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Ambitious and determined to succeed
