You''ll be a key player in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team advising on some of London''s most exciting commercial property projects. Whether your background is in agency, lease advisory, capital markets, occupier services, or development consultancy, your insight and energy will be vital in driving client success.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading client relationships and developing new business opportunities

• Delivering tailored, strategic advice on commercial property matters

• Working across departments to support major instructions and initiatives

• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team leadership

• Playing a role in thought leadership and representing the business externally

• Proven experience in the commercial property sector, ideally at Senior Surveyor or Associate level

• MRICS qualified (or equivalent), with strong technical grounding

• A commercial mindset with a flair for relationship-building

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• A proactive, collaborative approach to work
