In the role you will work closely with the consultant and relationship manager to ensure clients have a high quality efficient service.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Administration of employee benefits schemes, including pensions, healthcare, life insurance, and other workplace perks.Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Liaise with benefits providers and internal teams to manage enrolments, claims, and renewals Assist in reviewing and improving benefits processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.Support HR and payroll teams within corporate entitiesProcess pension file contributionsThe role offers a competitive basic salary 25 days holidays bank Holidays, Pension and Life Assurance.This is an office based role working in a friendly team and is available immediately. ..... full job details .....
