The Associate Director, Wealth Manager will be based in Manchester and will focus on delivering business targets, revenue growth, asset growth, client relationship management, and leading digital adoption. The role emphasizes maintaining existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities through origination and networks, with a focus on net revenue growth by achieving net sales targets.What will you do?
Manage and develop a client base, strengthen existing relationships, and generate new business.Lead interactions to understand clients’ and prospects’ financial goals, personal goals, and ambitions.Support growth by managing new business targets and contributing to office targets through business development activities.Articulate the full RBC proposition (investment, lending, cash, and trust solutions) to clients and prospects; collaborate with the broader wealth management team and introduce specialists when needed to enhance the client experience.Ensure clients are referred internally to the home of best fit solutions.Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to teammates to support professional growth and service delivery.What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:Level 6 CISI or CII.Demonstrable experience within a wealth management role.Proven relationship management skills with ability to understand client needs and communicate solutions with integrity.Broad knowledge of business sectors, market trends, and financial products to effectively communicate with clients.Ability to model positive behaviours and be a role model for colleagues.What is in it for you?
