You''ll play a key role in shaping the regional strategy and supporting valuation work.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver valuation projects for central and local government clients across the UKBuild relationships with local authoritiesSupport asset valuations and portfolio reviews, with scope to grow beyond seasonal cyclesDrive business development and identify opportunities for team expansionCollaborate with planning, rating, and development surveyors to deliver integrated solutionsRepresent the business in regional markets, enhancing visibility and client engagementWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience in public sector property valuations, ideally at Director/ Partner levelStrong understanding of central and local government property portfoliosAbility to lead client conversations around disposals, Section 123, and strategic asset managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative mindset and appetite for growthCareer Path and ProgressionThis role offers potential progression to salaried or equity partner, depending on experience and impact.
