We are seeking an experienced MandE Contracts Manager to join one of the UK’s largest building services maintenance providers, overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial property contracts across the Midlands.You should have a strong understanding of managing modern, multi-client commercial maintenance contracts from the perspective of a maintenance service provider.The contracts are already mobilised, with maintenance service teams appointed, including a well-established team of MandE HVAC engineers and supervisors, comprising both static and mobile staff.Key Responsibilities

Manage the performance of the Maintenance Service TeamsEnsure SLAs and KPIs are metDevelop rapport with key client stakeholders through professional engagementIdentify additional revenue streams via projects and contract enhancementsProduce monthly reports and attend client meetingsMaintain a regular site presenceCandidate Requirements

Experience in Commercial Site Management or Contract ManagementBackground in MandE Facilities Management with a contract management focusStrong client-facing skillsGood understanding of PandL managementExperience within Electrical or Mechanical systems is advantageousTeam builder and motivatorStrong organisational and multi-tasking skillsThis role involves working closely with the Regional Account Director to develop client relationships, improve efficiency and profitability, and oversee the full PandL of the portfolio.
