School Administrator – Temporary Long-Term Cover
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £13 – £14 per hour (depending on experience)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive School Administrator to join our client’s busy and fast-paced school environment. This is a temporary long-term cover role with immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide efficient administrative support across two sister schools.
- Liaise confidently with staff, pupils, and parents, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage and update school systems and databases, ensuring accurate records.
- Support classroom and office operations, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Act as a key point of contact, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Strong knowledge of school systems, including SIMS.
- Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to move between school sites when required.

Compliance:

- Ideally hold a current Enhanced CRB/DBS check, or be willing to undergo one.
