You’ll be responsible for:Driving commercial performance across all aspects of the venueLeading the planning and delivery of major eventsBuilding and maintaining key stakeholder relationships at executive level – locally and across the wider industryIdentifying and capitalising on growth and investment opportunitiesEnsuring excellence in customer experience and operational deliveryWhat We’re Looking For:A proven leader with at least 5 years'' senior venue or event management experienceStrong commercial acumen and a track record in delivering large-scale public eventsExperience in estate/land management and optimisation of outdoor spaceA collaborative relationship-builder who can represent the venue with credibility and visionSound knowledge of health and safety practices and complianceA willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by the events calendarThis is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of a unique venue with significant potential.
