Regional Sales Director - London role at Travis Perkins plc. We are CCF, part of Travis Perkins plc, a leading distributor of insulation, drywall, and ceiling products to the UK construction industry. With over two centuries of experience, we operate a network of specialist brands and 1,400+ branches across the UK. We are looking for a confident, credible, and influential Regional Sales Director to drive performance across our London branches.What You Will Do

Reporting into CCF''s Regional Director, you will be a driven and customer-focused sales leader to manage and inspire our external sales team, ensuring CCF remains recognised as the leading supplier in our industry.Progress business performance by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive sales and profit growth.Hold accountability for sales performance across London; build a collaborative, reliable, high-performing team with clear objectives based on integrity, safety, and continuous improvement.Develop strong relationships with Branch Managers and branch sales teams to maximise opportunities to grow market share.Model a customer-first mindset, lead by example in positive sales mindsets and transparent customer interactions.Play a crucial role in the ongoing success of the CCF and Travis Perkins plc businesses through high performance.Who You Are

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.Demonstrated management experience leading large regional teams.Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to build relationships at all levels.Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills for self and others.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence positive outcomes.Confident in producing and interpreting financial and statistical information to support decision-making.Agile in approach, able to adapt styles to suit varying situations, stakeholders, customers, and colleagues.Seniority level
