Senior Property Litigation Solicitor

A UK wide law firm has a requirement in their Property Litigation team, within a 60+ strong Real Estate department, dealing with a wide range of litigation cases for private and public sector clients based in Manchester. The role will be working with two Partners actively working on interesting and diverse litigation works. The role offers outstanding career opportunities.

The team require a Solicitor with at least 4 Years'' PQE to deal with work such as:

- Advising on restrictive covenants and easements for site disposals;- 1954 Act security of tenure and lease renewals- Removing squatters from a central City property with an IPO for a charity;- Partnership disputes;- Multi-million pound dilapidations dispute;- Break notices to facilitate estate re-organisation;- Judicial review of a planning decision for development of a clinical unit;- Advising on restrictive covenants and easements for site disposals;- Recovery of arrears from commercial tenants;

Salary to £70,000
