The OpportunityA leading construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to deliver high-profile developments across the commercial, retail, and hotel sectors. This is a strategic, client-facing role for a driven professional ready to lead complex projects from inception to completion.

The Role

Lead the delivery of complex projects across at least two of the following sectors: commercial, retail, hotels

Manage full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to handover

Act as the primary client interface, building long-term relationships with developers and investors

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment across design, procurement, and construction

Drive commercial performance and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development initiatives

About You

Proven experience in at least two of the following sectors: commercial (new build or fit-out), retail, hotels

Strong understanding of UK construction regulations and procurement strategies

Experience managing projects across all RIBA stages

RICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent professional accreditation preferred

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A consultancy background and a strategic, commercially focused mindset
