Account ManagerLocation: Nottingham Salary: £35,000 per annum + BonusesWe are looking for an Account Manager with experience in the electrical wholesale sector to join our client s Nottingham branch. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing customer relationships and supporting day-to-day branch operations within a professional trade environment.Duties of an Account ManagerYou will be part of the branch s commercial team and will contribute to both customer service and business growth. Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of trade customers and building long-term relationshipsReconnecting with dormant accounts and identifying new opportunitiesResponding to customer queries and offering product guidancePreparing quotations and processing orders using internal systemsSourcing products, including non-stock or specialist itemsParticipating in training sessions and development activitiesProviding support on the trade counter when required Skills and Experience of an Account ManagerYou will need: Electrical Wholesale experienceBackground in customer-facing roles such as account management or internal sales It would be beneficial if you also have: Good understanding of electrical product rangesStrong communication and organisation skillsExperience developing and maintaining customer accounts What the Client Offers an Account ManagerThe benefits include: Quarterly branch-based bonus schemeMonthly ..... full job details .....
