As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at a Barchester care home, you''ll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. We''ll look to you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, whilst also relying on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. Develop tailored care plans.Provide medicines safely and administer treatments in line with clinical policies.Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across physical, psychological and social needs.Make critical clinical decisions with professional judgement and autonomy.Qualifications

Current NMC registration and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.Experience developing care plans and detailed risk assessments.Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.Person-centred, compassionate approach to nursing.Rewards and Benefits
