TieTalent . This role is available for qualified nurses and is based with Maria Mallaband Care Group. Working Nights – 22 hours over 7 days on a rolling rota. Skills include PCS system usage, medication management, strong leadership, and an excellent understanding of dementia and complex care. Other essential skills include strong clinical decision-making, leadership and care planning. Experience with syringe drivers, catheterisation, bloods, PEG feeding, and stoma care, and a good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty. The role is to be filled by a Registered Nurse qualified to practice in the UK.To ensure safe recruitment, the role will be subject to Disclosure and Barring Service checks.Key responsibilities
Medication administration and care planningProviding physical, emotional, and spiritual support to residentsSafeguarding principles are maintainedTaking responsibility of shifts as Nurse in chargeTeam management and shift planningInfection prevention and controlLiaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary TeamsUpholding clinical governance standardsAbout You
Being a Registered Nurse means demonstrating compassion, dedication, and commitment toward enhancing quality of life. A Nursing qualification recognised by the UK NMCA valid UK NMC PIN and registration to practice as Registered General Nurse (RGN), Learning and Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Mental Health Nurse (RMN)Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with mobilityOther skills and requirements
