Service Desk Analyst - Active Directory, O365, Intune - London - Permanent Our client, a leading player in the financial services sector, is seeking two Service Desk Analysts to join their growing team and provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line support to internal users across a fast-paced business environment. You''ll be great for this role if you have: Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365Hands-on expertise with Intune for managing iOS and Android devicesSolid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and mobile platformsFamiliarity with ITIL-based practices for ticket management and change controlBackground supporting users in corporate or financial services environments The role is offered Full time on-site for the first 3 months, moving to a hybrid model thereafter. Offices are based in London, and successful candidates should ideally be able to start within 4 weeks.
