Charity Recruitment is currently hiring for a Head of Human Resources, to join a children''s charity based in Guildford. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced HR leader to work within a well-established organisation dedicated to making a difference. This is an office-based role. As the Head of Human Resources, you will report to the CEO, overseeing all aspects of HR, working closely with the Head of Finance, Head of Care, Head of Fundraising and Board of Trustees. The Head of Human Resources will act as a strategic partner across the organisation, ensuring best practice people management and organisational development. You will be the primary point of contact for employee relations matters. You will lead the full recruitment lifecycle in line with Safer Recruitment guidance, including screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding. You will conduct regular one-to-one meetings to manage performance and workload, and as the Head of Human Resources, you will lead personal development planning and annual appraisals. As the Head of Human Resources, you will actively contribute as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team to the development and implementation of organisational strategy.
