Role Overview The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a fantastic charitable organisation on a fantastic Head of Communications and Giving role on a 9 month contract. This pivotal position involves developing and leading strategic communication and fundraising initiatives to strengthen community engagement and advocacy efforts. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the organisation''s visibility, reputation, and community engagement. Lead fundraising campaigns and initiatives, fostering relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders. Oversee content creation across multiple channels, ensuring messaging aligns with organisational values and objectives. Manage a team of communication and fundraising professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and development. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and fundraising activities, adjusting strategies accordingly. Cultivate partnerships and networks to broaden support and philanthropic giving. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and ethical standards in all communications and fundraising activities. Person Specification Experience in leading communication strategies within the charity sector or related fields. Proven track record of successful fundraising and relationship management.
