The Role
We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of a product area and guide both strategy and execution. You will be responsible for setting vision, aligning roadmaps, and ensuring delivery across your domain. As a player coach, you will balance hands-on product work with leading and mentoring other Product Managers, raising the bar for both product outcomes and team growth.This role combines strategic leadership with executional depth. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver customer value while ensuring that your product area contributes meaningfully to company goals.
What you''ll do
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, ensuring alignment with company objectivesLead the end-to-end lifecycle: customer insights, prioritisation, delivery, launch, iteration, and scalingOwn key metrics for your area such as adoption, customer satisfaction, and ROIPartner with Design to deliver seamless customer journeys and excellent user experiencesCollaborate with Engineering to ensure prioritisation and effective deliveryDrive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Customer Support, and other stakeholdersUse data and market insights to make informed trade-offs and guide portfolio decisionsEnsure products in your area integrate effectively into the broader ecosystem
How you''ll lead
Act as a player coach, balancing direct product ownership with leadership of PMs in your areaProvide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to PMs, helping them develop their skills and careersSet clear goals and success measures for your team, and hold them accountable for outcomesContribute to shaping product culture, championing best practices such as OKRs, and continuous deliveryElevate standards for communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management across the team
What you’ll bring
6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of significant products or portfolios including 3+ years in a regulated environment e.g. FintechExperience leading and developing PMs, with proven ability to grow talent and scale teamsTrack record of delivering successful consumer-facing digital products at scaleStrategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and analytical skillsExcellent communication and leadership skills to align stakeholders and influence outcomesAbility to operate at multiple levels, setting vision while diving into details when neededHands-on and proactive approach with a bias for action and problem-solving; Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
