This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK''s leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.Job DescriptionDigital Markets within CIB Markets is responsible for driving digital transformation across asset classes, focusing on innovative client facing execution solutions, distribution of electronic pricing, algo execution, workflow automation, and leveraging client and market intelligence to boost revenue and market share for the business.Job Summary:As an Associate, Digital Markets Product Manager for FICC Rates (Fixed Income Credit, Rates and Commodities, Exchange Traded Funds), you will partner with Automated Trading Strategies, Trading, Sales, and Technology to identify and implement electronic solutions for clients, sales, and traders. The position requires an entrepreneurial spirit and significant interaction with e-trading technology, sales, and trading teams in a fast-paced trading floor environment, with the ability to challenge the status quo and influence change across the organizationResponsibilities
Collaborate with sales, trading, digital markets, and technology partners to implement electronic solutions for automated workflows, quote distribution, and algorithmic executionBuild internal automation tools in collaboration with sales, trading, product, and technology teamsBuild client-facing execution tools on JPMorgan Markets (Execute) in collaboration with product and technology teamsResponsible for executing business plans across primary exchanges, client-facing venues, and direct APIGather client feedback, understand market changes, and identify digitization opportunitiesWork with legal, compliance, and control officers on implementation of deliveriesProvide technical leadership to build scalable frameworks across FICC productsBalance cost vs. benefit of technology solutions and drive prioritization and adoptionDrive and articulate product strategy and promote it with sales, clients, and tradingPromote workflow automation and develop strategies for adoption using data-driven analysisRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
You demonstrate knowledge and experience in Rates (Securities and/or Derivatives)You have a commercial mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to be part of a teamYou have experience in leading and building client-facing productsYou demonstrate a background in Rates, Technology, or electronic product developmentYou have the ability to organize and analyze client/sales/trading needs and bridge technical gapsYou have an understanding of sales/trader workflows and applications used in daily operationsYou have the ability to drive prioritization, budget, and implement plans for pre-agreed roadmapsYou have an execution-oriented mindset with accountability for delivering front-office targetsAbout Us
