Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor Permanent Location: Bellshill Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 DOE + benefits package Ref: GR1444A Gibson Recruitment Limited Your new company and role: An established Building contractor who, due to a period of sustained growth, have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. This could be a qualified Quantity Surveyor with a few years post-graduate experience, or an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor keen to progress. Working with the established team of experienced Quantity Surveyors, the successful candidate could be expected to fulfil the following duties: Assisting on Sub-Contract agreements maximising profit Attending, contributing to, and minuting Internal Team Meetings Keeping master files of correspondence on contract Preparing Interim Valuations with Senior Surveyor and agreeing amounts for payment.
