Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure
Location: Scotland (Grangemouth/Various Sites, with some hybrid flexibility)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team and support the delivery of essential infrastructure works across Scotland. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in renewing and enhancing critical assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards while driving value and performance for major clients.

What you''ll be doing:
·Building strong, collaborative relationships with clients while managing all commercial processes effectively
·Ensuring timely cash collection, accurate valuations, and reporting through weekly and monthly CVRs
·Managing suppliers and subcontractors, supporting procurement, and monitoring contract performance
·Overseeing Early Warning and Compensation Events, ensuring compliance with contract terms
·Supporting tender processes, negotiations, and unit rate agreements
·Monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing commercial strategies that deliver value
·Presenting clear commercial insights to stakeholders and project teams

About you:
·Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent experience
·Proven track record in commercial management within construction or infrastructure
·Strong knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract and Methods of Measurement
·Understanding of programming techniques and project controls
·Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
·A strong communicator with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
