This is a full-time (35 hours) role where you ll turn employer relationships into life-changing opportunities. What You ll Do Deliver strong performance against sales, service, and quality KPIs to exceed programme goals. Promote and sell Forward Trust s work experience, work trials, vocational training, employability programmes, and apprenticeships to employers. Identify, engage, and match employers with the right solutions based on local labour market needs. Build and maintain trusted relationships with employers, commissioners, and partners like Jobcentre Plus. Spot upskilling and workforce development opportunities to support employer growth and participant progression. Represent Forward Trust at networking events, job fairs, and employer forums across Kent. Collaborate with operational teams to turn participant potential into real job starts.
