Senior Accounts Manager
We are working with a growing, technology-driven accountancy practice looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clients and ensure the smooth delivery of accounting, tax, payroll, and advisory services. This is a hands-on role for a technically strong, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.Key Responsibilities• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring proactive, high-quality service.• Oversee preparation and review of statutory accounts, VAT, payroll, CIS, and tax compliance.• Conduct client review meetings, providing clear financial insights and recommendations.• Support onboarding of new clients and training on digital accounting systems.• Mentor and guide junior staff, developing technical and client-service skills.• Identify opportunities for additional services, tax planning, or process improvements.• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure workflow efficiency and timely delivery.Candidate Requirements• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with 4+ years'' post-qualification experience in practice.• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, and client reporting.• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.• High attention to detail, proactive, and solutions-focused.• Comfortable working in a digital-first, technology-driven environment.Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear IT ..... full job details .....
