We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled ASC SEN Teacher for a school in Bradwell, Milton Keynes. This is an immediate start opportunity for a professional passionate about supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition. You will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored education that meets the unique needs of learners with ASC, helping them achieve their full potential in a structured, supportive, and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  Plan and deliver highly personalised lessons aligned with EHCP outcomes, focusing on communication, social skills, sensory engagement, and emotional regulation.

  
  



• 
  

  Implement and review individualised learning programmes to address sensory needs, social integration, and academic progression.

  
  



• 
  

  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists, to ensure comprehensive support.

  
  



• 
  

  Support students with alternative and augmentative communication methods such as PECS, Makaton, or communication devices, as well as assistive technology.

  
  



• 
  

  Promote emotional well-being and independence, including helping pupils with self-regulation, life skills, and social interactions.

  
  



• 
  

  Foster a structured environment with clear routines, visual supports, and predictable timetables to reduce anxiety and enhance focus.

  
  



• 
  

  Regularly assess and observe student progress, adapting teaching methods and strategies to meet changing needs.

  Engage with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure effective, holistic support for each learner.
