Job Title: Specialist SEN Teacher - Autism Resource BaseLocation: Banbury, OxfordshireStart Date: September 2025Salary: 31,650 - 49,084 (MPS/UPS, dependent on experience) + SEN AllowanceContract: Full-time, permanentAn inclusive and welcoming primary school in Banbury is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Specialist SEN Teacher to join their Autism Resource Base (ARB) from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role, ideal for a qualified teacher with a passion for supporting children with autism and complex needs.You will be joining a nurturing and collaborative team, led by a highly respected and supportive Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
