Cyber Strategy and Transformation

team at Manager level. This team works across sectors to design and deliver business-aligned cyber strategies, transformation programmes, and governance models that enable resilience and growth.What You’ll Do

Develop and deliver

cyber security strategies

for large organisations across public and private sectorLead

transformation programmes

to improve clients’ cyber maturity and manage digital riskAdvise on

cyber governance , risk management, and regulatory compliance (e.g. NIST, ISO27001, NIS2, GDPR)Shape client roadmaps and maturity assessments aligned with security and business goalsEngage with technical and non-technical stakeholders – from engineers to board membersWhat We’re Looking For

Strong background in cyber strategy, risk management, or cyber transformationHands-on knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, NCSC CAF, CRI2.0Experience in delivering cyber security change in large, complex environmentsExcellent communication and consulting skills – able to manage clients and lead delivery teamsUK-based and eligible to work without sponsorship (security clearance eligibility a bonus)Why Apply?
