We are seeking a
Security Architect
who is passionate about designing secure systems, influencing security strategies, and building a safer digital future for our client, a pure-play cybersecurity consulting firm operating globally across various industries, including retail, financial services, and Critical national infrastructure, to name a few.
About the RoleAs a Security Architect, you will work closely with the senior architecture teams to develop and enhance security controls, support secure system design, and contribute to strategic security initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical security experience who is looking to transition into a security architecture-focused role.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and development of secure systems and applications.
Support the creation and review of security architecture documentation, including threat models and risk assessments.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure security is integrated throughout system lifecycles.
Help assess new technologies and recommend secure solutions aligned with business objectives.
Contribute to security governance, risk, and compliance processes where needed.
Stay up to date on emerging security trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies.
MUST
have consulting experience
MUST
have experience designing secure systems
Proven experience in
technical security roles
(e.g., security engineer, network engineer, systems security administrator, or similar).
Strong knowledge of security fundamentals, including
network security, cryptography, identity and access management (IAM), and secure application design .
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as
NIST, ISO 27001, NCSC CAF
etc
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A strong desire to grow into a security architecture leadership role.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Cloud security knowledge (Azure preferred, but AWS and GCP welcome).
Exposure to DevSecOps and CI/CD security integration.
Certifications such as
CISSP, CISMP, SABSA, or CompTIA Security+
(or working towards them).
