growth-minded, high-energy sales driver

who thrives ona building clear and consistent sales process and a tightly defined, measured and tracked sales funnel, while in parallelmotivating sales teams, fostering a culture of winning, and ensuring the teams are

maximizing every opportunity to sell .You’ll be responsible for diagnosing what’s working and what’s not across multiple business units in UK and Europe, refining

high-impact sales strategies , and embedding them across the business units. If you love

challenging teams, inspiring action, and accelerating sales performance , this role is for you.This isn’t an enterprise sales role. We’re not looking for individuals with extensive enterprise sales experience, but we are looking for energy, enthusiasm, a strong process and numerical mindset and a willingness to Do More.Key ResponsibilitiesNail the sales funnel and sales process:

Adapt, refine,

innovate and align the funnel and sales processes

across multiple business units to enable

best practice sharing and sales problem-solving . Previous knowledge of Hubspot and Sales Operations would be a benefit.Drive Sales Team Performance:

Instil a culture of accountability, motivation, and resilience across our sales teams.Inspire and Challenge the Team:

Push our sales professionals to

achieve more, think bigger, and sell smarter .Experiment and Innovate:

Test new sales approaches, refine pitches, and explore fresh prospecting techniques.Lead from the Front:

Get involved in sales calls, provide hands-on coaching, and demonstrate what great looks like.Build a High-Performance Sales Culture:

Implement best practices in

training, motivation, and team development .Collaborate Across Teams:

Work closely with marketing, RevOps, and product teams to align efforts and optimise lead conversion.Adapt and Scale:

Implement sales strategies that can be applied across multiple European markets and teams.What We’re Looking ForA
