We re looking for a dynamic Recruitment Administrator to join this Healthcare organisation to help deliver seamless and compliant recruitment operations across the employee lifecycle.Duties: Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes from vacancy approval, posting adverts, to contracts and onboardingActing as the first point of contact for recruitment queries, offering friendly and professional supportMaintaining accurate electronic personnel records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirementsCollaborating closely with HR, Payroll, Hiring Managers and external suppliersManaging applicant tracking systems (ideally Trac) and departmental inboxes with finesseSupporting assessment centres and our internal Staff Bank team when needed Ideal Candidate: Extensive recruitment administration experience, ideally in an HR settingExperience within the healthcare sector or similar industry that requires high volume of complianceKnowledge of recruitment legislation and confidentiality protocolsSuperb communication and relationship-building skillsA solutions-focused mindset, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressureAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Proficiency in IT systems including ATS databases and MS Office.
