Head Chef
to lead the kitchen at its exciting new site in London. Backed by a
two Michelin-starred Executive Chef

30-cover dine-in
service alongside
300+ daily takeaway orders
Manage and inspire a
brigade of 67 chefs and KPs
Ensure outstanding food quality, presentation, and consistency in a high-volume environment
Oversee
prep, stock control, service flow, and hygiene standards
Uphold and execute the brands culinary vision to exacting standards
Work closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth, efficient service
What Were Looking For:Proven
Head Chef experience
in premium fast-casual or high-end volume settings
Exceptional team leadership, with strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain calm, controlled service
Genuine passion for
sustainability, seasonality, and local sourcing
High standards of cleanliness, consistency, and culinary craft
